Is shipping included? Are there any additional costs I need to be aware of?
No extra costs! Our price includes delivery to your door. There are no hidden fees—we cover all delivery, duty, tariffs, etc.
Do you keep stock? Can you sell a smaller number of items?
No. We ship in full containers directly from our factory to you. We do not hold any stock. We have a network of distributors nationwide that we could introduce you to help you source a truckload of products if needed.
How long will it take for my container to arrive?
Depending on the location of your factory, it will take approximately 7-12 weeks from the time you order until the container arrives at your yard. We provide weekly reports, so you always know where your order is.
Do I have to give you any money upfront?
No. We cover all costs and fees upfront. Payment terms begin once you receive your items and inspect your container. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and FAST ACTION! If your order has a problem, we will work with you to figure out a solution quickly and easily. Terms are Net 30 or 1% 10 Days Net 30.
Can you make something for me that is not listed on your site?
YES! We have decades of experience in importing and manufacturing with factories worldwide. Send us a drawing and the specifications, and we will make it!
How is the container packed? How long do I have to unload?
We would be happy to send you a loading drawing and photos. Our engineers work to balance each container, so container packing is unique for each product. Delivery is a “live” unload. You generally have about 2 hours to unpack the container in your yard. You must have a loading dock and forklift to unload the container, or we can transload your goods onto a flatbed if needed. Delivery appointments are always scheduled in advance by our freight forwarder, and we ensure that you have all the necessary documentation and are ready for your delivery.
Do you have a warranty on your products?
Yes! Our steel and aluminum panels and posts have a manufacturer warranty, and we would be happy to share it with you!
Can I mix a container with different products?
Yes…. sometimes! If the items can be made from the same factory, we can mix different SKUs into one container. Send us your ideal container mix, and we will see what we can do!
Who do you sell to?
We sell only to fence distributors. To protect our customers, we limit who we sell certain products to in a geographic area and never sell to your customers.
